How to create your digital menu on Quickap in less than 10 minutes

Creating a digital menu doesn't have to be a complicated process. On Quickap, the path from account creation to a working link for your customer takes less than 10 minutes.

Step 1: create your account (2 minutes)

Go to quickap.me/sign-up and fill in the basic information:

• business name;
• category (restaurant, burger joint, pizzeria, açaí shop, meal prep, etc.);
• email and password.

Done. Your account is created and the dashboard is ready to use.

Step 2: set up your restaurant details (2 minutes)

Inside the dashboard, fill in the information that will be shown to your customers:

• name: how it will appear on the digital menu;
• logo or cover photo: the featured image on the page;
• short description: a line about the restaurant or what you serve;
• address: for display and delivery fee calculation;
• business hours: defines when the digital menu accepts orders;

Step 3: create categories (1 minute)

Before adding products, create the sections of your digital menu.

Each category appears as a separate section in the digital menu. Customers browse through them to find what they want.

Step 4: add your products (3 to 5 minutes)

For each product, you fill in:

• name: clear and straightforward;
• description: main ingredients, weight, or any relevant detail;
• photo: the image shown on the customer's digital menu;
• price: the base price of the item;
• add-ons: paid extras the customer can include (e.g., stuffed crust, extra sauce);
• variations: mandatory choice options (e.g., size, meat doneness);
• availability: activate or pause the product with one click.

You can add as many products as you want. There is no limit per category or in total.

Step 5: set up delivery area and fee (1 minute)

Define the delivery zones and the shipping cost per distance range.

• draw the area or define a radius by kilometer;
• assign a flat rate or distance-based fee to each zone;
• set a minimum order amount, if applicable.
